The BA keeps me informed of local news and information pertaining to the industry. As a member of the BA, I also have access to, and am a part of the IBA and the NAHB.

The Builders Association of Kosciusko & Fulton County serves advances and protects the welfare of the building industry.

We accomplish this through customer quality assurance, education or our members and contributions to the community. We will continue to be a viable, indispensable, visible community asset with strong political participation on issues affecting our industry.

The Indiana Quality Assurance Standards provide new home buyers and remodeling customers a way to measure their builder and the project against an industry approved set of standards. These Standards create a series of performance standards builders and customers can use to communicate and understand each others expectations regarding building/remodeling projects.
